Running process and programs and bugs

Why did you remove the running programs and processes from app? I used those to see what apps are still running so I know if I should restart my iPad to get rid of the programs running in background draining my battery! Also needs specs of iPad mini 4. Also when on specs page, when you go to a different iPad or iPhone, the "go back to your model" button doesnt stretch across screen on iPad Air 2. Please bring back system processes and running programs!
